Ben and Alvin were great to deal with - completed the detailed take off promptly, and was always available to work through any queries and amendments to suit what we needed. Overall the take off was very detailed and thorough, with clear notes on assumptions, inclusions and exclusions.

A great combination of reasonable pricing, and fast, friendly and professional service...very easy to deal with. Will use again for any detailed take offs and cost planning services.

Highly recommend!! We were flooded in February and have been fighting with our insurance company on a reasonable rebuild settlement. We spent $1250 with TCA and got $20k more from our insurance company based on the quote and report provided by TCA Worth every penny! The team was great to deal with and prompt to deliver.

We used TCA Estimating to provide an estimate for our home renovations. This helped us enormously undertake our own feasibility on what we could afford and deliver before approaching a builder. Giving us some insights we could use to ensure what we were being quoted was reasonable. They were easy to work with, fast and valuable to us as people that don't know much about the building industry. We couldn't recommend them more!

  1. Email us your project documents.
  2. We’ll send back a fee proposal and lead time. 
  3. We’ll issue the estimate/takeoff with a set of marked up drawings and any other extras requested. 
  4. We catch up to run you through everything and answer any queries you may have. 

This will depend on the size, complexity and scope of each job you send through but we’ll provide a fixed quote and delivery date for your approval prior to commencing any work. If you need a ballpark idea give us a call, we’re always happy to help.

Our standard lead time is 10 business days from approval. We do offer an express service upon request so let us know your deadline, and we’ll do all we can to work to that.
