- 1. Email us your project drawings / documents (projects@tcaestimating.com.au).
- 2. We’ll send back a fixed price fee proposal and lead time.
- 3. We’ll issue the estimate/takeoff with a set of marked up drawings and any other extras requested.
- 4. We catch up to run you through everything and answer any queries you may have.

Ben is the Founder and CEO of TCA Estimating, established to support builders and subcontractors in balancing accurate pricing with on-site delivery demands. Drawing on experience with major builders, he identified an opportunity to drive meaningful improvement across the construction industry.

Managing Director
Jess is a transformative leader with over 20 years’ experience in advertising, client management, and building successful businesses. She works closely with the Executive Leadership Team to drive the strategic planning and sustainable growth of TCA.
Leon Cui
Chief Operating Officer
Leon brings a hands-on, people-first approach to leading operations and driving performance across the business. With extensive Quantity Surveying experience, he oversees a team of 80+ professionals, combining strategic oversight with practical leadership.

Phoebe brings extensive Quantity Surveying experience to her role leading Quality Assurance and Client Service at TCA. She oversees a team of 80+ estimators, ensuring technical accuracy, consistency, and an outstanding client experience.

This will depend on the size, complexity and scope of each job you send through but we’ll provide a fixed quote and delivery date for your approval prior to commencing any work. If you need a ballpark idea give us a call, we’re always happy to help.
Our standard lead time is 10 business days from approval. We do offer an express service upon request so let us know your deadline, and we’ll do all we can to work to that.

We can apply rates and have our own database of industry-standard pricing for each state/region throughout Australia. If you prefer to enter your own, we can provide quantities only.
