PROJECT: Golden Four Dr, Bilinga

We recently completed a measure of the brickwork & blockwork package at this boutique, beachside development in Bilinga. We’re loving the curved simplicity and glass balustrades to maximise the ocean views.
PROJECT: Brickworks Park

LOCATION: Alderley, QLD
We’re currently working through a measure of the ceilings & partitions package at the Brickworks Park development in Alderley, Brisbane. This development built on the former Newmarket brickworks site will include 64 apartments and 25 townhomes while retaining its iconic 50 metre high chimney stack.
PROJECT: Green Square

We recently completed a measure of the facade package for a long term, repeat client on the huge Green Square project in eastern Sydney. This huge projects will total 1600 apartments just 4km south of the Sydney CBD once complete.

We’re back on deck and raring to go for 2022! Our first project of the week for the new year is the Brisbane Automall where we recently completed estimates on both the landscaping and communications & security works for a long term client. This iconic project for our hometown includes a race track located behind a series of car show rooms, allowing potential buyers to test drive in a closed environment. We can’t wait to test drive (definitely not race) once this project is complete.

We recently completed an estimate on these townhouses in Altona North, Melbourne. This was our second estimate for a new client following a successful first project working together last month. PROJECT: Yeerongpilly Green – Stage 1
TRADE: Blockwork
LOCATION: Yeerongpilly, QLD
We’re currently working through the blockwork and brickwork measure on stage 1 of the Yeerongpilly Green development in Brisbane. When complete, this huge development will include 1200 homes and 2ha of community parkland. Stage 1 consists of 83 apartments, 10 terrace homes, a Woolworths, dining precinct, commercial offices and retail space and is due for completion in mid 2023.

Last month, we completed a measure of the ceilings & partitions package at the Macquarie Exchange project in Sydney. Projects of this size take a lot of work, collaboration and attention to detail, but over time the TCA team have built the experience and processes to produce top quality work no matter the project size.
PROJECT: Subiaco Hospital Redevelopment

We’re currently working through the painting measure on multiple stages of this major hospital redevelopment in Perth. Hospital projects always include challenges and this one is no exception. With several stages planned to ensure continued operation, it’s vital that our quantities line up with the head contractor’s staging requirements. Luckily we’ve done this plenty of times before allowing our client to piece together their tender trusting the quantities provided.

We recently completed a measure of the formwork to this apartment development on Oxlade Street in New Farm, Brisbane. We love the elegant design and location overlooking the Brisbane river.

We see residential projects in all shapes and sizes and are loving the unique style of this new home we’re currently providing a full estimate on in Port Macquarie, NSW.

We’re currently working through a measure of the painting and rendering works to this multi-stage development in Cottesloe, Perth. We’re seeing projects of all sizes come through in every state as the construction boom continues around the country.

A few months back, we measured this amazing home on the water in Surfers Paradise. We love the unique design and glazed facades capturing the canal views.
PROJECT: Glenrowan Ned Kelly Project

We recently completed a carpentry estimate on the new Ned Kelly tourist information centre in rural Victoria. With a unique facade design the measure of the external timber cladding was a particular challenge but will look great once complete.
PROJECT: Forster Retirement Living

Earlier this year, we provided a series of estimates across several retirement living developments including this one in Forster, NSW. These projects came with detailed requirements for access and assistance inside the homes but thorough estimates were completed thanks to strong collaboration between the TCA team and our client. We love to learn the intricacies of such projects from the experts and pair that knowledge with our estimating skills.

We recently completed a measure of the brickwork and blockwork on this apartment project in Kensington, North Melbourne. We’re loving the use of face brickwork throughout the building to give it a really unique feel. This one will be a great example of the successful bricklayer’s work!
